Featured: The ABC Diet

The ABC (Ana Boot Camp) diet is super-fucking-famous in pro-ana circles, and with reason! This awesome diet claims to help you drop pounds without slowing your metabolism too much by varying daily caloric intake and interspersing fast days between food days. It's seven weeks and a day long, so it's certainly a journey – an über weight-loss journey!

Why is it featured? Because I'm doing it. Today was my first day, and it went great! 500 cal plus workout, no problem and a great negative-cal start. Comment to commiserate BUT We all know nothing is misery if you're getting thinner ;)
