-If you want to eat, brush your teeth, use mouthwash, put on lipgloss, etc. The toothpaste/mouthwash makes everything taste disgusting, and you wouldn't want to mess up your perfect mouth, would you?
-EVERY CALORIE COUNTS- never stop moving
-throw away the foods you think you might binge on
- When going out, take only the amount of money you need so you're not tempted to buy food.
- Carry a picture of your favorite trigger wherever you go
- Chew sugarfree gum or mints constantly. This burns calories by chewing, and peppermint flavors suppress appetite and prevent bad breath if you are in ketosis. JUST REMEMBER- these have calories! Space them out throughout the day to avoid having too many.
- Tea and coffee are ana's best friends. NO SUGAR OR MILK OR CREAM.
- Cut food into tiny pieces.
- Put your fork down between bites.
- chew everything a certain number of times. eat in patterns
- If you are about to binge, pick a safe food, preferably negative-calorie (celery, lettuce, pickles, etc.) and eat it non-stop for half an hour, taking a sip of water with each bite Often you won't be able to get up to half an hour and you will be so full the desire to binge will be gone, but you haven't eaten anything "bad"
- Do not eat anything you do not know the exact amount of calories in. Sometimes you can fool yourself into thinking you've eaten less than you actually have. Remember, numbers do not lie.
-If you must go out to eat, go to the restaurant's web page beforehand and find something safe to eat. Do NOT eat bread or appetizers. Order a salad with NO DRESSING (if you do this often enough dressing tastes disgusting-I haven't eaten dressing in 4 years). Often you can get grilled chicken or fish added to it.
- On days you're not fasting, eat breakfast. It gets our metabolism going.
- If people start saying they're worried about your weight loss, get really upset and say how mad you get every time someone comments on your skinny body. Complain a lot about how you wish you could gain weight so people would stop making rude comments.
- Obesity is disgusting. Remember that.
- Thinspiration is your best friend. Think you've lost weight? Trust me, you haven't. Just check out the models online and you'll realize that.
- Live by the scale. It's right and you're FAT.
- Keep in mind- if your skinny friend eats a lot, that does NOT mean you can do the same (I have skinny friends that eat a TON- this is where I went wrong and what caused me to gain weight)
- Watch what other people, especially fat people, eat and feel superior because they're feeding their bodies and getting fatter.
